I spent 25 years working inside large businesses and retail chains - fixing inefficiencies, improving processes, and streamlining workflows long before automation was a buzzword.
I've been on both sides of the chaos - the corporate machine with too many processes, and the small business with none at all. The sweet spot is somewhere in between, and finding it is what I love to do.
My husband works full-time in the touring music industry, so he's often away. Thankfully I've got two grown boys and two dogs keeping me company at home.
With the kids grown and my time finally my own, my goal is simple - to build a business that gives me freedom to travel and support others doing the same. That's why I care so much about helping others build businesses that actually work for them.
